How To Use:
- Line eyes with liquid eyeliner using the Luna Noir Liner: Remove the cap, and glide tip along the upper eyelid lash line, as close to the lashes as possible. Flick if desired for a cat eye look.
- Comb Mascara through lashes using brush from roots to tips for sculpting for elongation and definition.
