Tie Cooper is an accomplished makeup artist, esthetician,  beauty editor and motivational speaker for many years. She started doing makeup services in college as a way to make money and fund her college tuition. Tie has had the opportunity to have worked alongside some the world's top beauty companies, professionals and celebrities. Tie is also an advocate for women,  philanthropist and the Founder of Hi BeauTea Party, a 501c3 nonprofit organization, that serves as a scholarship fundraiser for beauty students and professionals to obtain their license or further their education in the beauty field.
